Learnership Programme

The skills development function is responsible for ensuring that quality learning programmes with sound assessment practices are delivered to employees. Every year 3Sixty Health submits its Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA), which includes all training and development concluded for the year under review, as well as proposed targets and training for the following year.

3Sixty Health is committed to Skills Development principles of upskilling the youth of South Africa and to achieve this, a deliberate effort is made to deliver learnerships and Internships programs to unemployed youth in support of the country’s commitment to skills development. We also strive to absorb those learners that have done well during both internships and learnership programmes at the end of the program.

Internship Programme

3Sixty Health fully understands the value of investing in people and is proud to be able to offer smart, motivated individuals an opportunity to join our dynamic team. The Internship Programme enables unemployed graduates an opportunity to acquire practical work experience through mentoring and exposure in the areas of specialization or disciplines.
