Job description

Job Purpose

Ensuring products or services meet quality standards. This includes inspecting and testing products, analyzing data, and identifying and addressing quality issues to maintain or improve quality levels, while adhering to regulations and internal standards.

Responsibilities

Production & Product Inspection and Testing
Quality Data Analysis
CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventative Action) Implementation and monitoring
Quality Issues Identification
Ensuring Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Quality standard and practice training
Communication and Departmental collaboration

Qualification & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., BSc or related Science degree).
Understanding of pharmaceutical production principles, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
